Welcome to Moni Wealth Management! I'm Moni, the CEO and founder. Just call me Moni.
My journey into wealth accumulation began as a teenager, watching my parents run a small lawn care business in Sarasota, Florida. Their entrepreneurial spirit inspired me, and I assumed I could handle being a business owner and full-time college student at 19. Through the lens of my youth, running a business seemed easy, but I quickly learned that building and managing wealth is far more complex.
During my undergraduate years, I made significant financial mistakes, including taking out two mortgages to flip properties. The banks approved my loans during the housing boom of 2006, but I soon found myself overwhelmed. My college scholarship money couldn't cover the costs of rehabbing both properties, and before I knew it, I was struggling to keep up with two mortgage payments. In 2008, I had to short-sell both properties, leaving me with a devastated credit score—dropping from 780 to 524.
Yet, this challenging experience sparked a decade-long journey to rebuild my credit and wealth. By 2023, my credit score soared into the 800s. I spent years developing lasting systems to accumulate and protect wealth, and now I’m here to share that knowledge with you.
